made some progress this weekend on the xmas gifts for two granddaughters. Got the bed finished and made up a box spring and a mattress from scraps from left over upholstery project. Drawers made for the 2 doll clothes armoires, picked up brass hinges for the doors, 3/8 aluminum rod for a closet rod.
got the sewing machine out, made up a mattress cover, blanket and pillow.
Incredible work Brian! That's about the nicest bed I have seen in a long time and it is a doll bed to boot! You are setting the bar pretty high for the rest of us now.....

spent all day to put the top on , make the doors, add the hardware. I still have a #2 unit to finish, but may leave the dentil off that one.
